Skills and Experience :
- 8-12 years of experience working in the B2B space and a passion for technology with an appreciation of today's IT buying needs across multiple vertical markets.
- The role requires a combination of impressive analytical thinking and consultation skills.
- Effective content curation, writing and repurposing skill is a must
- The person will also work closely with our Creative experts to craft campaign propositions - having his/her own big ideas, out-the-box thinking and innovative approaches to market.
- B.Tech + MBA (Preferably in Marketing but not mandatory)
- Contemporary knowledge and understanding of modern B2B marketing trends, skills and approaches
- Understanding of modern marketing tools and technology platforms
- Solid experience in analytical and research development projects
- Ability to develop planning frameworks/models and capabilities
- Ability to think creatively, develop creative briefs and single minded propositions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and trust with senior stakeholders and peers.
