Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing - Hospitality

We are currently hiring for the following position with a leading NSE/BSE-listed leading hospitality group, engaged in hotels, club houses and resorts for their Bangalore head office.

Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager - Marketing

Job Location: Yashwanthpur, Bangalore

Desired Profile: MBA in Marketing and a minimum of 4 to 8 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry.

Job Description:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

2. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, and event planning.

3. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

4. Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

5. Bring a strong background in hospitality marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

6. Demonstrate a proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
