KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage and grow the organization brand and ensure its visibility and brand association.
Brand Identity & Positioning:
- To formulate a clear and compelling brand identity.
Establish the value proposition
Clearly identify how the different services add to the overall value
Create the brand identity away from the clutter
- To formulate company's positioning and brand strategy to appeal to direct users and SNS channel
Brand Communication:
- To design the communication
- To design the media and communication channels
- To manage communication budgets maximizing effectiveness & reach for the budget
Merchandizing design:
- Channel merchandizing design including
Sales collateral
Service Training kits (design of training collateral in collaboration with sales team)
- User interface for services on Apps; Website etc.
Member of the Services Think Tank:
- Will play a key role in identifying possible new services
- Planning individual service / service category launch strategy
- Understand and address communication issues from market feed back
Functional Competencies:
- Strategy, conceptual creativity, developing consumer insights, lateral thinker
- From reputed ad agencies, FMCG, services industries like banking / telecom / retail or eCommerce companies. Experience in start- ups would be an advantage.
- Must have demonstrated a creative bent of mind in previous assignments
- Knowledge of Branding and Brand Positioning
