Manager/ Senior Manager
Key Deliverables :
- Responsibility for the development and ongoing performance of fleet marketing activities with car brands, as well as developing a direct presence in the market in B2C space.
- Development and implementation of fleet customer acquisition, communication and retention strategies.
- Develop campaign and product strategies working cross-functionally with the sales support team and the operation team.
- Analyzing trends, fleet services software application and working in conjunction with the Fleet Services lead.
- Develop and oversee appropriate publicity through effective relations with the media, other community organization and through public speaking.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote fleet services, working with advertising and promotion companies.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market fleet services effectively.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of business objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of fleet services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for fleet services countrywide.

- Strong analytical capabilities, and has a proven record of competitive product positioning. This person has a have reputation for aligning innovation goals with business objectives.

- Strong cross-functional relationships must be developed and maintained. This person must be able to influence and motivate those around them without direct reporting authority.

- Clearly, crisply articulating the issues and make strong business case arguments at the right time
