They are looking for Brand Trainer for one of their fashion Apparel for their Mumbai office. The brief specs are as below:   Designation: Manager / Senior Manager  Role: Lead Marketing  Department: Marketing & PR  Location: Head Office - Mumbai  Reporting to: Head of Marketing and PR  Education: Master's in Retail Marketing or Equivalent  Experience: 6 years plus  - Preferred from FMCG companies, someone more of Marketing and Advertisement - Should have good exposure in BTL activities  - Would be responsible for handling end to end marketing for 1 Women's wear brand  - Managing current product portfolio, Monitoring Product Performance & Impact on Business performance  - Identifying strategies to create/increase demand for products, increasing footfall in stores, improving business performance.  - Developing & Managing Integrated Marketing Plans/Marketing communications ATL & BTL.  - Managing brand campaigns & consumer promotions.  - Developing & Executing Annual Marketing calendar.  - Working closely with Ad agency / Digital agency to develop Marketing Campaigns & Creatives.  - Getting Consumer Research done & using it to generate consumer insights for developing marketing strategies & plans.  - Analyzing of Marketing plan effectiveness of Brand & Business performance.  - Working closely with internal stakeholders to execute the marketing campaigns effectively.  - Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.  - Program management and execution - manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand programs. Owns timeline management, budget, and program analysis.  - Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales, demand planning, and contract vendors to generate accurate volume forecasts. Deliver results for the brand level P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution.  - Prepare the Annual Marketing plan line with the Strategic Brand Plan in partnership with the other functions.   - Communication Plan Deployment across media   - Consumer Promotions design and deployment.  - Brand Promotion  - Organizing Events and Special Functions  - Define Marketing Media mix in line with the parameters of budget, ROI, Revenue objective, lead generation and brand objective  - The Media Mix to include ATL, BTL and Digital advertising.   - Manage the digital assets of the company and also the daily update, interaction and reputation of the brand online.  - Campaign Impact Analysis and course correction  Incase above interests you then please send an updated copy of your CV and suggest a time when we can connect for a detailed discussion.
