Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing & Communication - BFSI

Currently working on a Manager/ Sr.Manager Marketing role with a Financial Services organization based in Mumbai.

Job role: Market Research: Lead market research initiatives to derive insights on consumer wants/needs/desires before product conceptualization.

Brand Strategy - Positioning and Differentiation:

- Finalize the brand's vision, positioning and architecture

- Innovate to create product differentiation in the market place

- Ensure that the product is designed and built as per the consumer need and preferences

- Finalize on product pricing basis positioning, consumer insights and competition mapping

Brand Communication: Lead initiatives for consistent external & internal communications as per the Corporate Communications guidelines.

- Visual Identity - Brand name, logo, catch phrase, jingle, mascot, brand manuals, etc.

- ATL Communication - Development of creative & finalization of the media plan

- Collaterals - Brochures and leaflets, project presentations, virtual project animations, corporate presentation and AVs, project models, designs for all external and internal signages / graphics

Looking for Marketing professionals with Full time MBA marketing degree, preferably from Financial services organization who can join in 1 months time.
