- Driving revenue, user retention and deposits. - Journey creation &amp; optimization using Marketing automation tool (Web engage, Clever tap etc.) - Improve Customer Loyalty and stickiness through relevant and personalized promotions. - Optimize marketing spends through targeted promotions and improved conversions. - Work on tools to create journeys for existing users which help engage them more and bring them back to the platform along with generating higher revenue. - Cohort analysis &amp; churn management. - Creating and delivering product vision, aligning business strategy into product development &amp; features. - Responsible for overall P&amp;L for operations across different cost centers - cash game campaigns/leader boards, loyalty program, rake back, tournaments and product business value. - Should be able to achieve target of unique active users of Low, Mild and High Stakes. - Should be able to achieve monthly targets like - Monthly rake, Free roll to paid unique users. - Drive User Engagement through engagement channels like SMS, Email, Push Notifications, In-App, social. - An analytical bent of mind with an ability to collate, analyze and present data to drive clear insights into the business and make decisions to meet retention KPIs. - Planning monthly marketing calendar with projections based on budget. - Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. - Keep Abreast of current trends in marketing. - Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. - Work within a budget and report any overspend. - Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. - Gaming/ e-commerce background is mandatory.
