Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on loyalty program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention of members.
- Develop campaign plans at all levels for products/departments, seasons/holidays, customer segments and organisation specific engagements.
- Execute against designed loyalty marketing calendar; lead projects to ensure key milestones are met and project requirements are delivered on time.
- Oversee overall customer communication within the given period plan.
- Partner with internal creative and production teams to design, produce, and execute impactful marketing communications on-time and with accuracy.
- Manage the creative request process for program asset needs, which includes developing creative briefs; content and format approval, ensuring the brand marketing plan alignment.
- Analyse, Summarize & assess performance metrics/P&L impact to ensure goals and KPIs are met and identify problems or areas of opportunities; help identify and establish benchmarks.
- Managing segmentation, targeting and the build of personalization capabilities.
- Design and Develop Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Program health reports and decks
- Manage partner loyalty agency to drive significant improvements in key customer/business growth
- Assign and achieve shared goals of Campaign ROIs, Incremental sales revenue, Customer engagement & stickiness.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams including IT, Digital, marketing, Finance & Business Analytics to manage and report on program health
