Job Description:

Managing the Loans process on day to day basis.

Knowledge on Flex cube, ACBS and other loans platform

Change Management and migration experience

Handled large teams

Market and industry knowledge on loan operations

Ensure Revenue and Profitability targets are met.

Ability to Build & Motivate teams, Handle conflicts /Escalations,Leave planning etc.

Conduct the Performance Appraisal of Direct Reports.

Actively engage with subordinates through structured interactions as well as regular communications formally & informally.

Ensure Attritions targets are not breached.

Liaise with Internal/External partners eg, Agent banks, counterparts/clients on any issues/escalations.

Act as Second Level escalation point on delivery issues.

Independently resolve outstanding issues and communicate/escalate problems to Senior Management.

Participate in industry initiatives and working groups.

Monitoring and ensuring closure of daily/weekly and monthly deliverable in various aspects of aged outstanding items

Managing KPI and SLAs on ongoing basis

Driving productivity & efficiency of team members.

Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progress of deliverable
