Roles and responsibilities: - 1. Ensuring compliances of various statutes/regulations under company law, secretarial standards E.g. Board meetings, committee meeting, minutes etc. 2. Ability to handle the Audit queries independently i.e. secretarial audit, statutory audit, internal audit etc. 3. Experience of interaction with Board of Directors/ senior management 4. Handling activities relating to Annual General Meeting, EOGM or Postal Ballot/ Right Issue 5. Providing research base advise to stakeholders 6. Experience of setting up the business in global markets such as such as UAE, US and UK markets 7. Ensuring the smooth functioning of all tasks/activities assigned and ensuring that they are completed on time 8. Ensuring all books & records statutorily required under Companies act 9. Ability to handle compliances related to subsidiaries company 10. Communicating and reinforcing the importance of high-quality work standards 11. Review of contracts, agreements, NDA etc. Skills: - 1. Excellent drafting skill 2. Excellent communication skill 3. Contributing effectively for individual and team success 4. Efficient in multitasking and ability to handle complex situations, Takes personal responsibility for execution /delivery of cases/task at hand 5. Ability to establish collaborative relationships with employees (Peers, subordinates and senior management) across departments, Developing other Team Members by way of knowledge and experience sharing, Provide complete expertise 6. Self-starter; willingness to put in required hard work 7. Confidence and positive attitude, adaptability to organizational culture and ethics 8.
