Manager/ Sr. Manager - Legal and Secretarial - Auto / Auto Ancillary / Manufacturing POSITION TITLE : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Legal and Secretarial REPORTING MANAGER'S TITLE : VP Legal and Secretarial POSITION SUMMARY : This position will support the VP Legal & Secretarial in handling the legal work for this rubber manufacturing company, its subsidiary in India and also in co-ordinating group level issues for this company as required. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1. Drafting and reviewing various kind of agreements. 2. To handle and co-ordinate on legal matters and litigation in relation to India operations. 3. Support on business advisory and interpretive issues 4. Support on Intellectual Property matters 5. To contribute on various legal and compliance related projects 6. Legal and compliance MIS. REQUIRED PROFILE : - A Law Graduate (LLB) with about 8 years of relevant work experience. - Prior experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements is needed. - Prior experience in dealing with courts and external lawyers is a must. - Should be innovative and flexible. - Good drafting skills are essential to this role. - Should have ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
