Job Description:

Managing the legal department .

Ensure proper Loan documentation Agreements/Deeds & suggest revision suiting requirements.

Handling business proposals, regulatory issues, Litigations, Arbitrations, criminal cases, Consumer matters, Labour laws, documentation.

Litigation ( court appearance, handling Section 138 of NIA, section 25 of PASA, Arbitration, Execution of Award and Decree, winding up, SARFAISI and summary suit).

Non Litigation (drafting and vetting of policies, agreements, MOU, Settlement letters and other relevant documents).
