This is regarding the opening with an upcoming Non Banking Financial Company as a Manager Legal

Role : Legal Manager - Mortgage

Grade : Manager/Senior Manager

Reporting : Deputy Legal Manager

Location : Mumbai

Job Role:

1. Structuring, customizing, drafting, vetting of loan documents, security documents, escrow mechanism.

2. Conducting and co-coordinating Pre-disbursal due diligence, title search reports, ROC Searches, litigation check etc.

3. Completion and perfection of security creation, post disbursement compliance, monitoring of security covenants, escrow structure, mortgages for real estate loans, infra loans, loan against properties, loan against shares etc.

4. Co-ordination and perusal of project based covenants, valuation, architect reports and assisting and advising on the security structure in project based finance.

5. Provides timely, sound, coherent and consistent advice on legal and contractual issues to internal stakeholders on a day to day basis.

6. Structure, draft & negotiate variety of contracts related to lending transaction products such as various Facility Agreements, Assignment Deed, Hypothecation, Escrow Agreements, Bank Guarantees, LAP documentation, Master Rent Agreement, FLDG, Novation, Mortgage docs, DSA Agreements, Collection Agreements, Referral Agreements, Sale of Receivables Agreements, Personal Guarantees, POA, Memo of deposit of title deeds, Affidavits, Channel Financing Agreement, Purchase Finance Agreements, Various Indemnity Bond, Undertakings, Service Provider Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Various Addendums, Supplemental Loan documents, Software Agreements etc
