Job Specification : 

- Reviewing consumer complaints.

- Drafting, vetting and finalizing reply and evidence by way of affidavit in Consumer matters.

- Reviewing legal notices with regard to consumer grievances and preparing reply while also coordinating with external lawyers.

- Providing support in litigation matters and regulatory and compliance issues.

Education : LLB (Full Time)
