Looking for a legal professional with LLB and experience in manufacturing industry.- The candidate should have excellent drafting skills command over the English language. The candidate should be interested in creating value for the company and deal with executives and strategic customers. The candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:&nbsp; 1) Ability to negotiate, draft and review complex agreements; 2) Litigation management, labour issues and advice on disciplinary actions; 3) Deep understanding of employment law, corporate law, exchange control, data privacy, anti-bribery, corruption, FCPA compliance and investigation on unethical practices; 4) To liaise with regulatory and statutory authorities; 5) To advice business on risk and taking steps to mitigate risk; 6) Handling / implementing automated compliance tracking, follow-up, maintain centralized storage and retrieval of contracts, use of on-line due diligence tool for dealers/contractors, work with regulatory consultants. Drug licence formalities will be an added advantage; 7) Regular follow upon various regulatory compliance activities as prescribed under the applicable laws and respond to regulatory inquiries from the authorities A candidate with 6 to 10 years of PQE will be preferred.
