Reporting To General Manager - Gujarat Project

Level in the organization Manager/Sr Manger

Educational Qualification :

Graduation (With Specialization) : LLB - Full Time

Post Graduation (With Specialization): LLM - Full Time (optional)

Work Experience (Years) : 8-16 years

Job Responsibilities :

- Legal exposure in Land acquisition with first hand dealing with Govt authorities for land/Sanction related matters including representing to revenue courts/SDO/Tehsildar and local Municipal corporations

- Assist in addressing legal aspects related to acquisitions of property (conducting due diligence etc.), standardization of documents, procedures and litigations

- Ensuring full legal compliance with all statutory requirements and for working with internal and external agencies for carrying out legal compliance

- Liaising with external agencies including counsel and solicitors.

- Interacting with regulatory bodies like Talathi, Tehsildar, Mamlatdar, Municipal Corporation, SDO & Other Revenue officers etc. and obtain the necessary regulatory approvals.

- To assist in obtaining land use conversions / permissions for land acquisitions under various provisions of Law

- To support Land Acquisition Teams in acquiring land parcels w.r.t. legal matters

- Adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.

- MIS & Reporting

Competencies / Skills Technical :

- Understanding of Core Function

- Understanding of ownership documents / deeds, Revenue Records etc.

- Drafting of MoU/Agreement to Sell /Sale Deeds

- Registration of Sale Deeds & Mutations

- MS-Office (Excel, MS-Word)

Behavioral :

- Good communication and Presentation Skills

- Team Player & interpersonal skills

- Integrity and ethics

- Result Oriented
