Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM

Role & responsibilities:

- Coordinates closely with colleague to ensure consistency across in litigation strategy.

- Analyses new challenges and opportunities for litigation to achieve strategic change in organisation strategy.

- Maintains close collaboration with consultants and partners in specified geography throughout development and initiation of cases, litigation and implementation of judgments.

- Works with lawyers, and other experts as appropriate, to develop outline argumentation and to draft submissions at national, regional and international levels

- Coordinates between lawyers and expert witnesses, legal and other experts

- Monitors and ensures, in close collaboration with lawyers and partners, that impact of litigation is identified and recorded.

- Identifies risks related to litigation and proposes solutions for risk management.

- Ensures accurate documentation of cases, including maintaining the case docket and working with lawyers keep up to date, complete with scanned original documentation, accurate case sheets, client engagement letters and summary translations of documents.

Preferred candidate profile:

- LL.B / LL.M

- 10 - 15 years of experience as a Litigation expert in a leading organization

- Work experience in Core Litigation and wide legal aspects

- Experience with full-cycle Litigation and court procedure

- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with Court orders

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Expert and Criminal, Civil, Consumer and Company matters.
