Job Responsibilities:
- Documentation, drafting of replies for Ombudsman cases, Consumer courts, Magistrate Courts etc.
- Responsible for monitoring of legal cases, preparation/consolidation of Legal MIS
- Forming opinions on claim applications and various other issues pertaining to the Company.
- As per the requirement, represent the company by appearing before various authorities such as Courts/ Arbitrators/ Ombudsman/ Police/ Statutory Authorities etc.
- Responsible for instructing & interacting with lawyers, filing cases, follow-up on behalf of the Company.
- Proactively advise the Company on important changes in law and regulation.
- Assist in the development of processes, policies and procedures designed to reduce legal risk and/or increase the efficiency.

Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience post LLB
Salary Range : 6-7 LPA
