Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - Asset Management Firm

Position : Manager / Senior Manager

Location : Mumbai

Educational Qualification : LLB

- Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing Debt Investment and Structured Finance Transactions and Security related agreements.

- Advising the investment team on their debt and structured finance transactions, legal validity, Risk enforcement etc.

- Review of the proposed deal structures, Financial Documents, Legal documents, deed and documents necessary for creation and perfection of charge and various other contract.

- Conducting Legal Due Diligence of AIF, were company intends to invest and finalize structure for such investment

- Approval of term sheet and issue document of the issuer.

- Negotiating & Finalising the transaction of documents and providing legal advice on all finance and security documentation.

- Advising on compliance with legal and regulatory filings and effective security creation.

- Review and drafting of AIF fund set up documentation

- Advising on AIF compliance with SEBI regulations
