Manager/Senior Manager - Legal & Litigation - Steel Manufacturing

Legal Manager required for Steel Manufacturing Group in Hyderabad.

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager

Experience: 10+ years Litigation experience with the Legal cases from any corporate firms or associates.

Salary: Negotiable

Education: Any Graduate with LLB or LLM

Job Responsibilities:

- Should be well acquainted with Civil Laws, Land Laws (Telangana), Electricity Laws, Negotiable Instruments Act.

- Managing end-to-end contract management process.

- Manage all Litigation cases of the company including Drafting of responses, Collating evidence, Police liaison & well versed with Court Process.

- Prepare, Negotiate, Review & Draft documentation / Legal documents for business transactions.

- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the legal department for management meetings.

Immediate joining or with in 15 - 30 days is highly preferred.
