Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - Land Acquisition Domain

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Ensuring Legal support for land acquisition initiatives of wind projects, ensuring right land parcels are acquired and get the title approval of land

2. Legal Due Diligence of the land parcels being acquired

3. Litigation Handling - Handle all litigations apart from regulatory ones, identifying and appointing relevant lawyers, providing necessary documentation support, coordinating internally, vetting the pleadings, monitoring the case status, representing Company in the court of law when required and dealing with law enforcement agencies

4. Represent company before the lenders council with respect to any query resolution aimed at securing timely disbursement

5. Document Management - Create repository of all original land documents and being the SPOC for any documentation requirement by internal teams
