Manager/Senior Manager - Legal Compliance Risk - Pharma/Healthcare

Position:-Manager/Sr. Manager-Legal Compliance Risk.

Location:-Mumbai,

Professional Qualification:-LLB/ CA/ MBA with professional certifications in internal audit / fraud / risk or compliance or ethics.

Job Responsibility:-

- A risk and compliance professional who will lead teams and projects to help clients:

- Understand and interpret their legal & regulatory compliance requirements

- Review underlying risk management, internal control and compliance processes and systems and assess their adequacy

- Benchmark leading internal controls and compliance practices and advice clients on re mediation and improvement opportunities

- Work with clients in implementing re mediation plans and conducting change management initiatives

Role Specific Competencies:-

- Good knowledge of risk and compliance practices across pharma regulatory risk areas such as sales & marketing practices, Anti-bribery laws, MCI & DOP Guidelines etc.

- Strong understanding of pharma and healthcare specific business process, risk and compliance frameworks is essential - experience in compliance risk assessment; policy design; controls and process implementation; trainings, due diligence or reviews will be useful
