Manager/ Sr Manager - Legal & Compliance

Currently we have been retained exclusively by one of the captive units of a leading Healthcare organization which is a leading provider of services and technology to healthcare providers to strengthen their financial stability through three main business groups that include Revenue Cycle Management, Infrastructure Technology and Development and Best Possible & FP&A.

Current employee strength is over 1500, spread between Gurgaon and Noida offices.

Job Description :

- Managing Legal & Compliance department for India entities, including but not limited to :

a) Implementation of provisions of Companies Act 2013

b) Conducting periodic board meeting and Annual General Meeting

c) Necessary and timely filings with RoC

d) SEZ compliances with SEZ authorities and Customs department

e) Preparing agreements and Contracts. Maintaining MIS related to the same.

f) Assist in procurement activities issue/ vet PO, procurement terms & conditions.

g) Represent the company for all legal matters at various levels/ forums.

h) Respond to legal notices/ leading discussions for successful resolution of disputes with third-party vendors and/or employees.

i) RBI returns/ compliances

- Developing, managing and implementing the strategy, programs and projects to manage the Legal and Compliance function effectively, including managing and developing the team, providing risk management for geographies covered and evaluating and improving existing processes and procedures

- Leading and managing engagements with third-party consultants

- Implementing robust systems to facilitate real time information (MIS) for decision making, periodic MIS for Legal and compliance functions.

- Handling ad-hoc queries from Management, Stakeholders/ Internal clients and vendors.

Looking for a :

- Graduate (only regular) with good academic scores (Score of 60% and above)

- Either Company Secretary or LLB qualification with relevant experience in above-mentioned areas.

- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a service organization, preferably in IT/ ITeS industry.
