Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - BFSI/Infra

Strategizing :

- This position is responsible for strategizing the legal actions on behalf of the Company, for that, he has to engage in continuous discussions with the Business Groups to understand their requirements in terms of closure of transactions, maintaining turnaround time.

Sharing Views on legal aspects of new transactions, loan documents and security creation :

- Sharing legal views on various aspects of new transactions, loan documentation and security creation by attending Management Committee Meetings as well as Internal Credit Committee Meetings

General Advising :

- Advising Business and other Functions on various legal issues faced by them during their day to day work

Special Advisory :

- Advising Business on various legal issues in Structured Deals

Periodical Review of Standard Documents :

- Conduct periodical review of standard loan and security documents for the respective Business Groups / Sectors to bring the loan and security documents in terms with changes in laws, policies, court judgements, etc.

Review of New Transactions :

- Give comments on the Proposals to be discussed in the ICC.

- Negotiations With external clients and their legal team from Term sheet stage till Closing.

Development of Systems and process : Development of systems and processes to ensure smooth flow of the legal work in the Legal Department

People Development :

- Developing the team below through proper training so that they take up more and more responsibilities and discharge them efficiently;

Addressing Legal issues pertaining to below :

- Power Generation(Thermal)

- Power Generation(Hydro)

- Telecom network,

- Construction

- Agri Infra/Misc.
