Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - BFSI

Looking for Legal manager/ Sr. Manager with string experience in drafting/ reviewing/analysis of derivative documentation.

The candidate is expected to:

- Work as a part of highly dynamic and focus driven team which is building a Single Strategic Document Management Solution for leading Investment Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex financial derivative agreements like ISDAs, CSAs, Repos, SLA etc.

- Keeping informed of industry and regulatory developments such as EMIR, Dodd Frank and Variation Margin requirements.

- Should display strong legal subject matter expertise (SME) on these agreements.

- Provide clarifications on the day to day queries of the Analysts/Senior Analysts/Data capturers.

- Be effective on the floor for sharing learning/insights with peers/juniors/seniors.

- Handle a team of approximately 10-20 Analysts/Senior Analysts/Process Managers and will be responsible for ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly targets are met with high standard of quality.

- In addition, work on contract portfolio searching, reporting and analysis, document and data storage, integration and support services.

- Innovate and improve upon document review processes and techniques.

- Participate in process wide strategies and initiatives.

- Be responsible for preparing reports/models/metrics in relation to team's performance, quantity and quality matrix dashboards etc.
