Manager/Senior Manager Legal

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and vetting various types of contracts related to investment banking transactions.

- Providing legal support in non-litigation matters, including regulatory compliance and due diligence.

- Reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

- Assisting in corporate governance matters and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Managing legal documentation and maintaining records.

- Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making.

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice and guidance.

- Handling administrative tasks related to legal operations as required.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in non-litigation legal practice.

- CS/LLB degree, with LLB being mandatory.

- Strong drafting and vetting skills for investment banking contracts.

- Sound understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office applications.
