Job Opening for Manager/Sr.Manager -L&D with Media Company

- Liaison with Business to create Content aimed at imparting domain knowledge to the teams in a cost effective manner

- Undertake regular employee communication surveys to measure & improve Org culture indicators

- Develop and execute the annual plan for L&D

- Develop and drive OD interventions, aimed at impacting Talent & Organizational Capabilities

- Ensure creation of content for the Learning Management system and adoption of LMS

- Communicate and market training programs to ensure there is high business awareness and commitment to investment.

- Training Effectiveness: Continuously source and implement effective training evaluation methods that focus on ROI rather than training activity measurements that create the best ROI, while maintaining acceptable quality levels
