Position: Manager/ Sr Manager - Learning & Development (Technology Skills) (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role :
- Be part of the Organization's Talent Learning & Development agenda to ensure upskilling and development of employees leading to higher productivity & customer experience, especially with respect to Technology Skills.
- Be a part of the Learning and OD function, managing the designing, delivering and implementation of plans and strategies for the organisation by identifying the training needs, developing customized training plans and ensure effective delivery
- Define the L&D strategy basis the organisation growth plans and goals
- Assess capability gaps (especially technical, and to some extent, soft skills, leadership, etc), devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps
- Design, develop and implement a capability-based training framework for various roles in the organisation
- Establish and periodically review the methods for measuring & monitoring effectiveness of training programs on the metrics of Learning impact, Behavioural impact and results
- Vision and design curriculum based on the gap/needs identified
- Optimize training processes for efficiency
- Understanding Behavioural and Leadership development needs of the businesses in order to design and deliver high impact learning programs
Requirements :
- MBA(HR) from a reputed institute
- 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development with strong exposure to both design and delivery.You should have handled large employee base in your career
- Should have worked in the IT Industry, in IT Product Companies/ IT Captives or IT Service Companies and handled Technology Training needs
- Conceptual understanding of learning and development strategies
- Good experience in L&D with respect to Technology Skills
Location : Chennai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Delhi NCR
