We are hiring for our clients, a leading Wealth Management company a new role in Learning and Development Initiative. related to WM Products and Financial Planning offerings.

Ideal candidates would be those who come form WM products domain. They should have or be able to develop excellent network with Asset Management cos . Exposure to trainings and knowledge sharing would be an additional advantage.

Grade Band : Middle Management

Desired qualification : CFP/ CFA/ MBA

Experience : 3-5 years

Compensation : Negotiable ( Upto 15 lacs depending on current)

Position Reporting to : Head - Learning and Development

Indirect/ Dotted line : Business/ Sales Head WM

Department Learning and Development - Wealth Division

Job Summary :

- Profile involves taking proactive steps for the Learning and Development initiative for the Wealth Management Team Pan India. Work closely along with Third Party Service providers to reskill and enhance product learning initiatives for the WM community community.

- Identifying product knowledge gaps amongst the Relationship Managers. Identify with industry resources like AMC the L&D modules in place and arrange for training workshops on a Pan India Basis

Detailed Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the product team in understanding new product in the Wealth Management arena.

- Assess the understanding and comprehension of the Wealth Managers in terms of product knowledge, identify gaps in knowledge.

- Initiate contact with Third Party, Manufacturers like Asset Management Companies and their training teams to develop training programs/ modules for inhouse teams.

- Keep abreast of any changes in the industry.

- Keep abreast of product development initiatives in Wealth Domain.

- Serve as a point contact for the / Wealth RM's/ Product Team/ L& D team

- Coordinate closely with the National Sales Head/ Business Head- Wealth and Hr Head for L& D initiatives.

- Be aware of regulatory norms as applicable to WM's time to time

- Good professional, interpersonal, interpretational, written and verbal communication are most important skills.

- Work with the leadership team on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives

Industry :

Products / Financial Planning Department of Asset Management/ Wealth Management / Broking/ Banking

The right candidate should have the following personal attributes :

- Should have on Financial Planning/ Estate Planning/ Structured Notes/ PMS/ Alternated Asset classed along with Real Estate, Debt and Equity knowledge

- A self starter. Initiative taker, driven by inner motivation requiring minimum supervision

- Knowledge and exposure to regulatory experience for formulating and launching new and innovative products

- Very good interpersonal and networking skills in interaction with fund houses, internal teams and clients

- Good communication skill

- Stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Strong analytical skills, specially with respect to conducting research and due diligence

Candidates should presently in the salary range of 8-12 lacs.
