Role - Manager/ Sr Manager - Learning & Development
Job Location: Gurgaon

Key responsibilities
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, Classroom Trainings)
- Design various training programs through workshops, e-learning, coaching etc
- Deliver learning through various methodologies across the organization
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Implement learning best practices across the organization
Profile sought and key requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Previous experience in Human Resources Management
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- 5-7 yr of experience including 2-5 yr in L&D
- Master Degree from Premier B School
