Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development - BFSI

Location : Delhi/NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata/Ahmedabad/Pune/Nagpur/Ranchi/ Bhopal/ Chennai

The person will be reporting to Zonal Training Lead / Head Training Delivery and will be responsible for :

- Planning, execution and delivery of functional and behavioural training within the zone / region.

- Leading and conducting sessions for Junior & Middle Management across locations in Tier II and III Cities

- Content creation, train the trainers for functional / IT training and soft skills program.

- People who are willing to travel for 10 - 12 days in a month and have hands on experience in training delivery in Banking / BFSI Industry shall be preferred.

- eLearning / instructional design background will be an added advantage.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication & presentation skills is a must.

Preference would be given for individuals having exposure to Assets, Liabilities products range in Banking Industry.

Age : 28 - 35 years

Qualification : MBA with good IT skills
