Job Title &amp; Location : Manager Recruitment -Gurgaon Role Description : Recruitment - Global &amp; multiple geographies. KRA : 1. Recruitment Strategy: Recruitment Need analysis - (Global) in association with hiring managers &amp; leadership. Strategic insights for sourcing &amp; selection. 2. Recruitment Metrics &amp; Delivery: Manage recruitment deliveries within the pre-defined metrics of recruitment budget. Supporting Leadership hiring across functions &amp; continents. 3.Team Management : Guiding &amp; Supporting team to enhance hiring functions. 4. Overall ownership of recruitment process: Accountable for all assessments, Sourcing, Interview, vendor management, reference check, negotiations, offer and joining, all pre joining formalities. Taking complete ownership of Recruitment process. Adhering to standard operating procedures(S.O.P.). KPI : - Manage recruitment delivery within the pre-defined metrics of recruitment budget - Supporting organizational growth. Scope of work: - Exposure to work for across the Globe &amp; in communication with best teams of different geographies. Desired Experience : - MBA-HR with 5+ yrs of experience - Must have Leadership Hiring experience. We are not looking more than 9 yrs of experience for this role
