Manager/Senior Manager - Leadership Development
PROFILE:
- Designing & implementing the long-term leadership Development programs in line with Vision, Strategy & Succession planning.
- Creating LDP program management plan in minute details.
- Starting from involvement in design, coordination with leaders across hierarchy and external consultants.
- Experience of Assessment & development Centres. Psychometric Testing.
- Managing Digital landscape including Webinars, Virtual programs, e-learning, Mobile learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Initiate, coordinate and manage Leadership development initiatives across levels and businesses.
- Collaborate with Business leaders, participants, HRBP and Consultants to manage overall delivery of initiatives.
- Measurement of effectiveness of programs at 4 or 5 levels.
KPI:- Number of leaders developed through various LDP initiatives. Adherence to LDP program schedule.
- Training density &coverage for customized training programs.
- Training satisfaction / effectiveness measurement.
- Satisfaction of business leaders with the delivery.
Requirements:
- Ready for travel across India and GCC region
