Job Description:
- Own and transform the Pricing Framework for Supply and Demand with a focus on driving Net Realized Revenue, Occupancy and continuous Supply growth.
- Strong analytical capability to undertake ROI analysis at a city/property level and generate a statistically derived Customer Offer Price which helps us improve our Net Realized Revenue.
- Continuously run and measure A|B split tests on pricing experiments to help chart out future Supply and Demand Roadmap for the company.
- Generate Insights through analytics, research, market work and build propositions through new and high impact ideas for onboarding and retaining the customers onto the Living Network
- Identify low hanging fruits for Revenue Enhancement and deliver top-line growth through Pricing Interventions, Bundling of Services, cutting down on hyper discounting and keeping an overall control over AMR (- Average Monthly Rent- ) as per AOP.
Desired Experience / Background:
- Educational Level : MBA (Finance), Tier 1
- Working Experience : Experience- 4-7 yrs into Pricing, FP&A, Project Appraisals, Business Planning and Reporting, Business Finance - Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter and persistent; focused on results
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively - internally and with external stakeholders
