Roles and Responsibilities: - The Sales Lead Generation Manager is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the regional sales team. - This individual will be a highly motivated, self- starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. - A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential - The Sales Lead Generation Manager is expected to: Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate prospects within the target market. - Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. - Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Sensiple can serve the needs. - Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow- up communications. - Work with the regional sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue targets. - Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards. - Demonstrated ability to meet and/ or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. Required experience, skill, knowledge: - 8 - 12 years of IT sales experience - Strong in Generation leads from US, UK, EMEA and APAC regions. - Should have good team handling skills and mentor skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - High-level proficiency with MS Office programs - Capacity to work independently with Passion and drive
