Lead Advisory (LA) is a SBU within the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. LA partners with its clients to identify the best opportunities and assists them in choosing and consummating the right transactions for their business success. With a dedicated team of professionals in our Lead Advisory business, we offer comprehensive and integrated solutions to our clients, and assist them in aligning their transaction and business strategy to drive shareholder value and stay ahead of competition.
This team provides specialist lead advisory services on the following:
- Capital raising - private equity; structured funding
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Divestitures
- Joint Ventures/Strategic Alliances
- Capital Markets
- Corporate Restructuring
Academic Qualification
CA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
Experience Required
The candidate should have:
- experience Be a front line, client interfacing person
- Experience in closing deals (preferably)
- Be well aware of rules and regulations that apply to transactions (funding, M&A)
- Have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy

- Real estate and hospitality advisory / research firms including Independent Property Companies (IPCs)
- BPOs catering to investment banks
- Private equity / venture capital firms
Roles/Responsibilities
1. Client Management
- Lead role in execution of client service
2. Networking & Marketing
- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients
- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals typically in relation to his/her service line
- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally
3. Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner /Director
4. Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities
- Handle straightforward risk management issues.
- Takes on progressively greater risk management responsibility for high risk issues
- Is able to proactively resolve (with Partner support) risk issues in delivering service to clients
5. Knowledge Management
Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
