Key Account Manager / Sr. Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We're hunting for a high-energy, seasoned Key Account Manager to inject some serious dynamism into our team. The ideal warrior will own the battlefield of client relationships, master the intricacies of their hiring needs, and bulldoze through barriers to ensure the relentless delivery of top-tier recruitment services. We want a relentless, results-driven powerhouse to conquer this role.

Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

- Understand client business objectives and hiring needs.

- Act as the main point of contact between the client and our recruitment team.

Strategic Account Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and exceed revenue targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of recruitment strategies with client goals.

Needs Analysis:

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify staffing requirements and challenges.

- Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Collaborate with recruiters to source, screen, and present candidates to clients.

Performance Metrics:

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

- Implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the recruitment industry.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
