Digital Identity Verification - Key Account Management - Manager/ Senior Manager (Multiple Roles)

What You'll Do:

- Key Account management (KAM) and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Customer relationship management

- Build and manage existing business pipelines and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases

- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence What makes you a great fit:

- Has fair understanding of payments and KYC space, preferably from KYC platforms

- Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization

- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements

- Strong business acumen and product expertise

Good To Have:

- 6+ experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations

- Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
