Manager/Senior Manager - (JDA - End User / Power User)

Description:

Candidate is responsible for implementation of warehouse management systems (JDA Dispatcher/Discrete) across warehouses of Rhenus Logistics India. Coordinate with Operations Team, Solution Design Team and Rhenus IT Team to ensure definition and delivery of appropriate business solutions based on business requirements.

Key tasks and reponsibilities:

1. Become technical expert of warehousing solutions and warehouse management systems at India

2. Conduct a detailed mapping and analysis in terms of key requirements (technical and functional)

3. Define a roll out plan for the complete implementation of JDA Dispatcher across all warehouses together with the management, operations- and projects roll out team

4. Responsible for setup of the network and infrastructure within the warehouses

5. Conduct user trainings for key users and operations staff

6. Ensure timely implementation

7. Coordinate with entire CL team to ensure appropriate solutions are provided to customers based on their business requirements with regard to IT integration and Reporting between customer and client

8. Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure appropriate solutions are provided based on internal requriements

9. Proactively update management of the implementation status and inform in case of project risks or deviations from timelines

10. Conduct regular review meetings with management on status of implementation and risk mitigation

11. Provide technical guidance and system support to application users and recommend solutions

Candidate will be required to travel:

- 6 to 10 years of large ERP/ IT implementation experience with minium 3-5 years of relevant experience with JDA or other WMS.

- Must be able to understand terminologies associated with warehousing operations / contract logistics.
