Manager/Senior Manager - IT - Digital Products - BFS

We are looking for managers/senior managers in IT with good experience and knowledge in digital banking systems and products to drive the digital projects design, project planning, and execution. Will be responsible for implementing the digital transformation strategy including creating new products, drive and increase usage of digital channels etc.

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager IT - Digital Products

Key responsibilities:

- Liaise with business teams to create user journeys, wireframes, system design, and back-end processes required for digital channels.

- Liaise with internal teams, solution vendors, and Fintechs to evaluate and adopt best in class solutions.

- Design, development, and maintenance of APIs.

- Ensure security and regulatory compliance for the digital banking products and solutions. Liaison with internal and external auditors.

- Ensure security of underlying IT infrastructure, middleware components and liaise with information security team for periodic assessments and compliance.

- Post launch usage tracking, identifying opportunities for increasing usage and keep upgrading continuously by adding new features and ensure engaging customer experience.

- Analyse usage patterns, customer behaviour/ preferences and refine the products.

- Be responsible for intuitive UI/UX design of new and existing products.

- Long term vision and strategy to drive digital transformation.

- Have in-depth knowledge and insights into the emerging trends and best practices in the digital banking space.

- Be aware of and up to date on the regulatory requirements of banking products.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

- 5-10 years of hands on experience in managing digital banking projects like internet banking, mobile banking etc.

- Strong analytical, organization and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- API design and development experience.

- Experience in driving complex and large-scale transformation projects.

- Experience in handling web application security, mobile security, and knowledge of best practices.

Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from reputed university / institution.
