Manager/Senior Manager - IT Control Functions - Life Insurance

We have exciting opening with a life insurance company in Mumbai for the role of Manager / Senior Manager IT - Control Functions

Role :

- Responsible for managing control functions within IT

- Deep dive into applications and process to carry out detailed Root Cause Analysis of all risks identified related to applications

- Work very closely with external ecosystem, IT, Risk Management, Infosec and internal functional stakeholders on gap identification and resolution

- Recommend process related fixes for immediate as well as long term basis

- Perform general and application control reviews

- Work on Process improvement with IT and functional stakeholders to ensure sanity in the Application building & change management process

- Monitor, track and work closely with IT application and infra teams for closure of identified vulnerabilities raised by Infosec team

- Drive closure of responses to IT incidents and Audit observations

Desired Experience & Skills :

- Functional as well as technical experience of working on IT applications

- Should have worked on automation projects on the functional side or technical side or as a Business Analyst

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Information Security

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle and change management

- Basic knowledge of Programming

- Process excellence

- Tools for Project Management (Jira/MS Projects others)
