Manager/Senior Manager - Investor Relations - Manufacturing Firm

Job Purpose:

Function as an effective communication link between the Management and Institutional Investors

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare internal documents covering analyst feedback report, monthly IR report, IR model, audit committee pack and department Budget. Prepare internal communication documents including monthly IR MIS, Risk documents, presentations for internal messaging and Board meetings, and any other departmental presentations on need basis. Help the team on other internal/departmental deliverables on need basis.

Analyse monthly shareholding data. Maintain data base/profile on institutional Investors & analysts.

Maintain detailed model of company's financial performance. Analyse and update Head Group IR on the company & sector developments.

Track research notes on Company and peers, and present summary report. Track and analyse peers performance for competitor analysis

Prepare external communication documents like quarterly analyst presentations, press releases and speakers script.

Help in departmental contribution for annual report and website content update. Adhere to SEBI & other regulatory guidelines related to IR

Assist Head Group IR in servicing institutional investors and sell side analysts to enhance company's visibility and present compelling investment case.

Help Head Group IR in coordination and support for AGM/shareholder meet/CIO meets/analyst meets.

Educational Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum Qualification :

MBA Finance / CA/ CFA

Essential Experience:

Experience of minimum 3 years in either "listed companies' Investor Relations function or Investor Relations advisory or Equity research" is a MUST

Competencies Required :

- Understanding of stock markets with relevant experience in Investor relations/ investor relations advisory/equity research role is necessary

- Understanding of stock markets with SEBI regulations

- Experience of preparing presentations, MIS, Internal reports

- Understanding of valuation matrix and financial reports

- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills

- Experience in metals & mining industry is desirable

- Ability to use Bloomberg and other financial databases

- Excellent power point, excel & word skills
