Senior Manager- Investor Relations & Financial Analysis

Our client is a leading chain of luxury properties in India and is looking for a Senior Manager Investor Relations & Financial Analysis

Job Role :

- Corporate Development and Business Strategy

- Finance Planning & Analysis

- Creating pitch decks for such opportunities

- Prepare the underwriting model

- Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the company

- Prepare business activity reports, MIS and financial forecasts

- Work in conjunction with business functions on business Initiatives, implementation & monitoring

Requirement:

- 5-7 years of relevant work experience from a start up or a corporate managing investor relations and strategy.

- Strong data analysis, business understanding and communication skills

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) especially Powerpoint

Reporting : Vice President FP&A
