- Performance Attribution, Risk Appetite and Contribution Analysis

- Reporting of exceptions, review and updates on internal policies and guidelines

- Automation and Customization of Performance and Risk Reports

- Assessment & Analysis of Brokers' Performance

- Support to Investment and Products team
