Manager/Senior Manager - Investment Banking/Private Equity/Financial Modelling - Real Estate/Warehousing Sector

- Understand the development life cycle of assets in the Real Estate/warehousing sector and the value drivers that are important for each stage of the project

- Good understanding of the asset classes in the sector such as residential, commercial, retail, hospitality. Good understanding of various nature of projects such as self development, re development, joint development, slum rehabilitation projects

- Also assist in sectors such as Oil & Gas, water, etc.

- Analyze entry into new business sectors (other than Real estate)

- Anlayze projects in the sector and identify value accretive projects. Prepare the business case, financial models and valuation analysis for the assets

- Managing intermediary relationships to tap new business opportunities

- Work closely with advisors across a variety of areas related to business setup and stabilization

- Project management of a few projects. Also, understanding of approval cycles in the sector

- Identification of potential risks along with their impacts on the projects and highlighting it to senior management team

- Liaising with internal / external legal & technical experts for getting the due diligence and execution of transaction documents to achieve deal closure

- Tracking trends in the industry, analysis of competition

- Ensuring follow-ups and progress on various on going projects, etc. and project deliverables to ensure adherence to the budget requirements and timeframes
