Key Responsibilities

- Research - sector research, identification of companies in that space, profiling companies in detail and comparables in India and abroad

- Deal / Transaction Research: keep track of transaction in various sectors and transaction parameters in both unlisted and listed space

- Execution - which would include pitch presentation, drafting collaterals, target identification, working on deal structuring, valuations, running financial analysis, and supporting end to end work on deal execution.

- Work on MIS / weekly tracker for mandates and pipeline.

- Responsible for logistics/coordination in successfully completing deals

- Carry valuations, financial analysis and transaction framework work independently

- Create deal collaterals, agreements, other documents

- Provide support in legal/business/accounting/ strategic due diligence

- Identify deal prospects, targets, and investors

- Experience 4-5 years
