Looking for a HR professional having exposure in managing the Generalist HR activities with sound knowledge of Compensation & Benefits for emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Hiring and Business Partnering
- Responsible for closing the positions within the TAT.
- Responsible for recruitment of all senior level hiring's.
- Sharing recruitment dashboard other MIS reports with the senior management on regular basis.
- Actively build Talent Pool/Network for assigned business functions to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation; perform and execute passive candidate searches.
HR Revenue and Manpower Budget
- Actively involve in budgeting exercises like Manpower Planning, HR budgeting and presenting the final report to the management. With major focus on Manpower Cost optimization and control - Productivity.
Training and Development
- Identifying training and development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with stakeholders.
- Preparation and Execution of the training calendar for Emerging Markets.
- Execution of Talent Management framework for the Region to hasten Talent development and sustain their retention.
- Succession Planning and Talent mobility for Emerging Markets.
Performance Management
- Ensuring timely and proper Performance Management process deployment across the region (completion of goal setting, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals and Consequence Management).
Employee Engagement
- Initiating and implementing Employee Engagement Activities. Facilitating Individual Development Plan (IDP) and helping management in manpower planning (MPP).
HR Operations
- Ensuring timely completion of all activities involved in Employee Life Cycle i.e. employee on-boarding, Induction, Mentoring, Identifying Training Needs, Exit Interviews, Goal setting exercises, etc.
HR Analytics
- Completely responsible for global data / MIS to derive business centric analysis. Conceptualizing from designing stage, a monthly HR Deck for global leadership team, which acts as a HR dashboard for all stakeholders.
