Manager / Sr Manager - Internal Audit (General Insurance) To check and report on : - Availability of documented processes for critical activity and adherence including Change Management process - Analyze and identify vulnerabilities and create counteractive strategies. - Conduct efficient and effective audit procedures. - Perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations. - Review, evaluate and test controls. - Sanctity of agreement clauses and compliance - Review actionable on existing audit observations and suggested closure Must to have : - At-least 3 years' experience in a General Insurance company preferably in an Operation's / Underwriting role. - Conceptual, logical reasoning, testing and analytical skills - Having a strong understanding of business and system processes. - Flair for audit - MS Office Preferably Chartered Accountants / MBA - Finance may also apply
