Manager/Senior Manager - Insurance Consulting

Looking for consulting leaders with prior insurance and consulting experience in general insurance or property and casualty insurance domain for a top Business Consulting firm to lead business engagements for their top tier insurance clients in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Years of Experience between 10-20 years.

Skills Required:

Looking for an MBA graduate from a top tier B-school

At least 10 years of experience in insurance and or consulting organizations.

Strong experience as an engagement manager in client-facing consulting projects.

Experience of leading teams and domain-intensive projects in Property and Casualty or General Insurance

Client relationship management skills and consultative selling skills

Specific domain experience in the Distribution, Claims, Policy and Underwriting domains.

Responsible for Business process re-engineering improvement initiatives using structured methodologies.

Drive the process of Strategy Formulation, Planning & Strategy Implementation for a portfolio of business or corporate services.

Lead the Insurance engagement in the areas of Innovation, total Cost of Ownership and Operation Efficiency.

Responsible for IT Strategy, IT Advisory and Business Consulting.

Position, lead and conduct Business Transformation Services engagements

Willingness to travel across global locations like North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
