Manager/Senior Manager - Inside Sales - EdTech/eLearning

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Set clear sales goals and targets for team members.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Revenue Growth:

- Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volumes.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Sales Operations:

- Ensure efficient sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and objectives.

Sales Training and Development:

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the sales budget, including expense control and resource allocation.
